The Terminal at Katy Trail in Dallas, Texas is a luxury mixed-use development featuring 16 luxury condos, boutique shops, health and wellness facilities, and dining options and a public park honoring Caroline Rose Hunt. Designed by Michael Hsu Office of Architecture, the building incorporates elements inspired by the history of the Katy Trail and features modern amenities. The project aims to blend modern design with classic elements and pays homage to the area's railroad history The development focuses on wellness offerings that embrace the adjacent Katy Trail while bringing unique experiences to the area.
